My passion for real estate began as a child. My family moved numerous times throughout my gowing up. We completed a renovation in each home we owned. I learned how to do so many homeowner projects by helping my father (hang drywall, lay tile/grout, minor plumbing fixes, install hardwood flooring, etc.). I also gained first-hand knowlege about the buying and selling process. After college, I lived in Kansas City for a couple years. My Sunday afternoons were spent touring open houses. I futher developed my passion for architecture, decorating, and gardening. When I moved to the St. Louis area in 2002, I completely fell in love with the city. Over time, I gained an understanding and appreciation of all the area municipalities and neighborhoods.
When I first obtained my Real Estate license, I worked as a transaction coordinator for a high-volume team. I gained a wealth of knowlege about the contract-to-close process. When I decided to go out on my own, I had full confidence in my ability to be a successful agent. In my first year, sold over $2M and was awarded Rookie of the Year by my company. I have consistently been ranked in the Top 40 agents in my office. I have an amazing team of professionals I have hand-picked to assist my clients. My Loan officers, Inspectors, Title/Closers, Surveyors, and Insurance Agents are all top-notch professionals that I whole-heartedly trust. I also feel that Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is hands-down the absolute best St. Louis brokerage and I am so proud to be a part of this company.
Thank you so much to all of my clients, friends and family. Each time I receive a referral, I am overcome with gratitude. Entrusting me to assist your friends and family to handle thier biggest asset and investment is nothing short of an honor. It is the support of my clients, friends, and family that I owe my success. And for that, THANK YOU!
